- Set aside time each day for prayer, worship, and reading of Scripture.
- Seek to be a blessing to those around us, demonstrating love for one another, and working for justice and truthfulness in our relationships.
- Seek to share our faith with those around us, in word and deed, and to pray for those who do not yet know Jesus.
- Seek to understand how God is making us more like Jesus in every circumstance of life.

Developing Holy Habits
'Holy habits' is our name for the practices that help shape our thoughts, feelings and actions in a way that allows us to engage with the transforming power of God to shape our lives to look like the life of Jesus. Along with our community promises, specific Holy Habits we encourage each other to grow in are:
We practice holy habits for the sake of the fruit that they will bear in our lives. Bible Study: Pods and Bible for Life Nick Crawley, the founder and CEO of Bible for Life runs sessions for individuals and small groups in which he trains and coaches people how to engage with different books of the Bible. Everyone is welcome to contact him at [email protected] for more details about how this system operates. Developing Prophetic Gifts Crossnet is committed to growing in the prophetic. We have run courses for those with a gifting, interest or curiosity in the prophetic to grow in the revelatory gifts, especially the gift of prophecy. We also practice prophecy (hearing from God) in most of our Sunday Gatherings. If you would be interested in joining a course when we run it again, please get in touch with one of the Crossnet team to find out more. |
