Meet the team

Nick Crawley
 
As an ordained Anglican clergyman, Nick is licensed to lead Crossnet. His ministry focus is teaching the Bible and making disciples through the Bible for Life ministry. 
 
 
Claire Fenner Crawley

As part of the leadership team, Claire is in charge of co-ordination and making sure we’re always seeking guidance from the Holy Spirit about the big picture. She also manages events. After working in food banks and social finance for local community initiatives in Bristol, she is now studying theology at the University of Aberdeen alongside freelancing.
 

Harry O’Conor
 
Harry is part of the leadership team at Crossnet Bristol, taking a lead in our welcoming and prayer rhythms. Born and raised in Bristol, he studied theology in Durham, before spending a year in India with IJM. He is currently studying law and works for the Bristol Housing Festival, a company seeking to address the housing crisis in Bristol.

Lucy Peppiatt (Crawley)
 
Lucy is our Theologian in Residence. She was part of the founding leadership team at Crossnet with Nick and is now Principal of Westminster Theological Centre where she teaches courses in Christian Doctrine and Spiritual Formation. She has written books on discipleship and women in the Bible and loves teaching, preaching, and raising up young leaders.

The leadership team are supported by a small executive team. As well as this, all who are part of the Crossnet community contribute to our life together.

Sam Duquemin 

Sam is the leader of evangelism and mission at Crossnet. Sam and his wife, Ellie, recently moved to Bristol after sensing a call from God to join Crossnet. He is passionate about mentoring, discipling and overseeing student mission.

Roscoe Crawley

Roscoe is the pastoral leader of Crossnet. After studying and working in Manchester Roscoe and his wife, Aoife, felt called to leave their jobs and move to Bristol. Roscoe also spends time working on student mission with Sam and spends 3 days a week with Fusion charity who are passionate about seeing a student revival across the world.
